At Aipas, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any documentation or accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
